Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at 5:30 PM on April 4, 2017, at which time and place hearing will conducted concerning the sale of City-owned property known 3034 Avenue K legally described as:
Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventeen (17), Fairgrounds Addition to the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, Lee County, Iowa.
