The Fort Madison Family YMCA in conjunction with the City of Fort Madison Parks and Recreation Department will be offering an American Red Cross Life Guard Class starting on Tuesday, April 11. Classes will be held at the Fort Madison Family YMCA, 220 26th Street. The class schedule is as follows:

Thursday April 13 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Tuesday April 18 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday April 20 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Sunday April 23 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Participants must be 15 years of age by April 4, 2017. Valid identification is required. Goggles and swimsuit are also required.
Cost to enroll in the class is: $125.00 (Make checks payable to: Fort Madison Parks and Recreation). Please register at the Fort Madison Family YMCA, (319) 372-2403 by Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
