Lee County Crime Stoppers currently has a shortage of volunteers. This non-profit organization provides an avenue for people to report the whereabouts of individuals wanted by the authority or stolen items with the possibility of a reward.
While Lee County Crime Stoppers appreciates those who provide monetary assistance to provide this service, they are currently in desperate need of volunteers to help make this worthwhile organization work.
The Fort Madison Police Department, along with all other Law enforcement agencies in Lee County routinely rely on Crime Stoppers to get information out on wanted persons and stolen items. Volunteer staff fills organizational leadership roles as well as fundraising roles to keep the organization functional.
Lee County Crime Stoppers welcomes all interested persons whether you can provide a little time or a lot of time.
