Posted on: April 26, 2018[ARCHIVED] Stickers for Extra Garbage Bags Discontinued
Effective Immediately:
Due to the new solid waste cart program, the City of Fort Madison will no longer be selling stickers at Hy-Vee and Kempker’s True Value for extra garbage bags . You can still purchase the stickers at Fort Madison City Hall (811 Avenue E) until July 1, 2018. All solid waste stickers must be used or returned for reimbursement before July 20, 2018. If a resident has extra bags of garbage after this date, they are responsible for taking it/them to the landfill.
