Posted on: April 26, 2018[ARCHIVED] Stickers for Extra Garbage Bags Discontinued
Effective Immediately:
Due to the new solid waste cart program, the City of Fort Madison will no longer be selling stickers at Hy-Vee, Kempker’s True Value and City Hall for extra garbage bags . All solid waste stickers must be used, or returned for a credit on your water bill, before July 20, 2018. If a resident has extra bags of garbage after this date, they are responsible for taking it/them to the landfill.
