All bids properly received will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Council Chambers in City Hall. The bids will be evaluated and presented to the City Council at the next regularly scheduled Council meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
The City of Fort Madison reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive minor technicalities, and to accept that proposal which the City Council deems to be in the best interest of the City.

It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements for a Fire Rescue Boat. The following items are the minimum requirements:

- Dual battery with Perco switch
