[ARCHIVED] Discounted Pet Tag Reminder

2020 pet licenses can be purchased at City Hall, 811 Avenue E or Fort Madison PAW Animal Shelter, 2031 48th Street. Rabies Certificate and proof of spay or neuter (if applicable) is required. The cost is $5.00 if spayed or neutered and $15.00 if unaltered until December 31, 2019. After December 31st, the prices are $10.00 if spayed or neutered and $20.00 if unaltered.
