Effective March 19, 2020, Fort Madison City Hall will be closed to public access. City employees will be working and services will continue. This closure is in effect until further notice. City office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. and the phone number is 319-372-7700.
All City utility questions can be answered through this number. Options for paying your City utilities include: a drop box in the alley on the North side of City Hall, online at fortmadison-ia.com, U. S. Mail or by calling 319-372-1602 to make a credit or debit card payment. The drop box is checked regularly throughout the day. Please leave instructions if you wish a receipt mailed or emailed to you.
