Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Fort Madison City Council at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at the Council Chambers of Fort Madison City Hall at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison regarding a request to rezone property at 2324 and 2332 Avenue J, from R-4, One-Family Dwelling District to B-4, Highway Business District.
This meeting will be held electronically (pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.8) because a meeting in person is impossible or impractical for the health and safety of City Council, staff and the public presented by COVID-19.
