NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at 5:30 PM on July 6, 2021, at which time and place a hearing will conducted concerning the sale of City right-of-way, described as the platted Avenue C from between the west line of Vica Lane to a point approximately 115 feet west, described as:
Part of Avenue C, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot Ten (10) Innsbrook Subdivision Plat III, then south 30 feet, then west 115 feet, then north 30 feet, then east 115 feet to the place of beginning in the City of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
And
Part of Avenue C, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot Nine (9) Innsbrook Subdivision Plat III, west 115 feet, then north 30 feet, then east 115 feet, then south 30 feet to the place of beginning in the City of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
