Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at 5:30 PM on July 20, 2021, at which time and place a hearing will conducted concerning the sale of City property in Outlot 1078, located in the southeast corner of 17th Street and Avenue D, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 288 feet north of the southwest corner of Outlot 1078, thence North 55 feet, thence east 110 feet, thence South 55 feet, thence West 110 feet to the place of beginning in the City of Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
