Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fort Madison, Iowa, will meet in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison, Iowa, at 5:30 PM on July 19, 2022, at which time and place a hearing will conducted concerning a twenty-five (25) year lease agreement with the Southeast Iowa Aquatic Restoration Group, Inc., for property known as Riverview Marina in Riverview Park, Fort Madison, Lee County, Iowa.
