Notice is hereby given that the City of Fort Madison will hold a public hearing regarding a voluntary annexation of parcels in Jefferson Township, Lee County, Iowa to the City. The hearing will be held at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the Council Chambers of Fort Madison City Hall at 811 Avenue E, Fort Madison.
The property to be considered for annexation can generally be described as follows: property east of Reve Court and between Highway 61 and Business Highway 61 (Parcel Numbers 021714024760020 and 021714013010090) – Owner: Circle M, Inc..
