The City of Fort Madison will hold Public Hearings regarding development agreements with Fort Madison Sears Building, LLC, for property located at 702 Avenue G, and Fort Madison Bank Building LLC, for property located at 801 Avenue G, beginning at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Fort Madison City Hall.
